Sofmira Sites collects only the information required to answer demo and quote requests. The service is provided by Sofmira.com.
Data and purpose
Name, business, sector, email, optional phone, contact preference and notes are used to review and answer your request. An irreversible security hash derived from IP address and browser information is retained to limit abuse.
Retention
Demo and quote records are retained for no longer than 365 days and then deleted automatically. Contract, invoice and service records created after an order may be retained separately under Sofmira.com’s legal obligations.
